1. Processing & Shipping Time
We proudly offer free worldwide shipping on most orders.
Orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days before dispatch.
Public holidays, natural disasters, or international restrictions (e.g. pandemics) may cause delays.
2. Pre-Orders & Back-Orders
If your order includes pre-order or back-order items, available products will be shipped first.
Remaining items will be sent automatically once in stock.
3. Tracking Your Order
After dispatch, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing your tracking ID and link.
Please allow 1 – 3 business days for tracking details to appear.
4. Wrong Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address.

Once an order has shipped, Jamila cannot change the address or issue a refund for wrong entries.
5. Returns & Refunds
Return costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package shows “delivered” on the courier’s tracking system, Jamila is not liable for loss or theft.
If you believe your order is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages marked as delivered.
7. Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to local customs duties or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
Jamila is not liable for delays caused by customs inspection or clearance procedures.
8. Legal Compliance
This policy follows UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and Dubai DET E-commerce Regulations.
