1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24–48 hours after purchase only if they have not been shipped.
If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, minus any bank or processing fees.

2. Returns
You may request a return within 14 days from delivery.
To be eligible:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Must include receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items:
- Intimate apparel, underwear, and swimwear
- Sale or promotional items
Items returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition will not be accepted.

3. Refunds
After inspection, approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping, customs, and transaction fees are non-refundable.
Partial refunds may apply if products are not returned in original condition.

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival.
You must notify us within 72 hours of delivery with photos at customerservice@jamiladesigner.com
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.
Jamila is not responsible for lost or untracked parcels.
Please use a trackable shipping service for items valued above AED 300.

6. Sale Items
Discounted or promotional items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

7. Legal Compliance
This policy follows UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and DET retail guidelines.
Jamila reserves the right to refuse unreasonable or non-compliant refund requests.
